A student engagement program – a set of carefully calibrated networking events – thirty in all – an opportunity for students to connect, bond in specific regions – completely organized by students.

These events build a sense of solidarity among fellow Mugavarians, learning and sharing from each other beyond seniority levels, within the organization. This facilitates the nurturing of Mugavari’s legacy and provides new entrants with guidance on their careers and study. This casual environment helps strengthen interpersonal bonding between students, under the kind and careful guidance of Mugavari alumni. It also nurtures leadership qualities among students.

Going forward, this is an event that will gain momentum and unfold not just across a year or a month but be a gathering of Mugavarians across various geographies – all in one week or even a day!
